BishopricHub is an appointment scheduling and ward management tool designed for use by Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints bishoprics. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and phone number
• Appointment Data: Scheduled appointments, notes, and related details
• Calendar Data: If you connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar to sync appointments

Google Calendar Integration

When you connect your Google Calendar, we:

• Create, update, and delete calendar events for your appointments
• Read your calendar to detect scheduling conflicts
• Store OAuth tokens securely to maintain your connection

We do not access any Google data beyond what is necessary for calendar synchronization. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your settings.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

• Manage appointment scheduling
• Send appointment reminders via email
• Synchronize with your Google Calendar (if enabled)
• Provide ward management features

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only accessible to authorized users within your ward's bishopric.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including secure password hashing, HTTPS encryption, and secure session management.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting your ward administrator.

• Disconnect third-party integrations (Google Calendar)
